All Saints, Wellington with St Catherine’s, Eyton – Children and Families Outreach Worker

With this purpose and these values in mind, we are looking for someone to lead and resource the outreach and mission of All Saints to 0-5s and their families. This will involve:
- Overseeing and attending weekly Toddler Groups. Working with the Toddler Group team to build relationships with attendees to encourage them to explore Christian faith
- Overseeing and planning the Friday Toddler Praise congregation and Mum’s Bible Study, and having pastoral responsibility for these families.
- Working with the clergy and other staff members to support families bringing their children for Baptism.
- Working with the Parish Mission Enabler on other family focussed outreach initiatives
We are looking for someone with a living and mature Christian faith who has a track record in fruitful work with families with pre-school children.
Appointment Length: Initially for 3 years.
Hours: 15 hours per week, including weekend and evening working
Salary: £140 per week
