All Saints, Wellington with St Catherine’s, Eyton – Families Outreach Worker Maternity Cover

With this purpose and these values in mind, we are looking for someone, during the period of the Maternity leave of the permanent staff member, to:
- Oversee and plan our Friday Toddler Praise congregation and Mum’s Bible Study, and have pastoral responsibility for these families.
- Be first point of contact for Baptism and Thanksgiving enquiries, walking with families through these special events
- Work with the Toddler Group team, building relationships with attendees to encourage them to explore Christian faith.
- Continue “Wonderfully Made” our successful holiday time activity afternoon for families with children with additional needs
We are looking for someone with a living and mature Christian faith who has a track record in fruitful work with families with pre-school children.
Appointment Length: 12 months, beginning mid-Sept 2019, as Maternity Cover
Hours: 12 hours per week, including weekend and evening working
Salary: £9 per hour
